What type of events can you book?
The Round Room is the ideal venue for corporate lunches, gala dinners, conferences, product launches, charity fundraisers and social events.
Does the Round Room have the facilities to host Conferences?
Yes, The Round Room can accommodate conferences of up to 500 guests.

Does the Round Room have breakout space for Conferences?
As The Round Room is a listed building, we are limited on space.
We have a small balcony area overlooking the main room and a Green Room for organisers / entertainers but do not have additional conference breakout space.
Daytime conferences may however be able to avail of our adjacent sister restaurant FIRE for a seated lunch.
Can I organise hybrid or virtual conferences?
Absolutely! We offer hybrid event solutions, allowing remote attendees to join via live streaming with professional production support.
Is the Round Room suitable for international conferences?
Yes, The Round Room hosts international conferences and is about 16 kms from the Dublin airport with great connectivity to the venue. We also can assist international clients with translation services, international catering preferences, and travel recommendations for attendees.

Our desirable Dawson Street location in the heart of Dublin city just footsteps away from Grafton Street, Stephen’s Green and Trinity College makes us the perfect setting for a successful event. Find directions to Round Room.
Is The Round Room accessible?
Yes, The Round Room is accessible via an outdoor wheelchair lift inside the entrance gates.
Inside The Round Room itself there is an accessible toilet just off the main room.
Does the conference venue have a Car Park?
The Round Room does not have a car park but the closest multi-story car park is the Dawson Street Q-Park on School House Lane (DO2 WF63).
Q Park has 370 parking spaces and 5 disabled parking spaces.
Is there a dress code for events?
You would need to contact the individual organisers hosting the event for dress code details of specific events.
What level of production does Round Room offer?
We offer a full event management and event design service.
All contracted events have a dedicated event manager who will work with you to bring your event vision to life.
Can I bring in my own catering?
Outside catering is not permitted in the venue. All catering is provided by our renowned catering partners, With Taste.
Bespoke menus can be created and menus can be accommodated for dietary requirements.
Does The Round Room have a bar licence?
Yes, The Round Room is fully licensed, and The Round Room Experience evening package includes a late bar until 1.30am.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, all events in The Round Room include a manned cloakroom.
Can I buy tickets to events in The Round Room
Events in The Round Room are predominantly run by independent clients hosting events and these clients would need to be contacted directly.
However every year, The Round Room will run Shared Christmas Parties or Gala Events where ticket sales would be advertised on our social platforms.
